Lost Son and forgiving father | Moral Story for kids

A man has two sons. One day, the youngest son told his father, "Father, give my share of my property that falls to me". Father gave him his share.

He sold of that share and went away to a far country with money. He began living a bad life over there. He wasted all his money by drinking wine and merry making. Then severe famine arouse in that country. He began starving and suffering. He got a job in a house to feed swine in in order to meet his hunger. There also he could not eat. He would have gladly fed on that pods the swine ate.














Then he recalled his father's love. In his father's home many people have enough to eat. Whereas, here he is dying in hunger! Then he decided that he would go back to his father. Back home, he will ask pardon from his father. He it did as he thought of.

He come back on his father. Father forgave him. Getting him back well, father become very happy and embraced him. Put on him the best cloth. Put a ring on his hand. Killed the fatted calf and arranged a huge banquet. Finding back the lost son, all began merry making at home.
